The service seemed to be easily overwhelmed. Probably too few staff and too many guests. Which in itself is not a problem. Nevertheless, the good lady was so stressed that politeness and friendliness were not given. The food and drinks unfortunately couldn't tear it out either. Hot drinks were lukewarm, the waffles tasteless.

Late summer, air and sun ? AHA - YES ?CORONA ? Ice cream parlor and hygiene, everything can be implemented. Staff very attentive, measures are controlled, quick ordering. Very tasty ?

The ice cream was quite good, could have been a little more intense.

Stracciatella ice cream inedible sweet and far too little chocolate. Spoon by spoon really didn't have a single piece in it.

Fast service, toast two loveless white toast, with cheap cheese and pineapple ... Ice cream is nicely arranged, for my taste without good ice cream .... For the place and location I expect more than a forest and meadow slab

I was a little disappointed with the price-performance ratio of my Black Forest mug. I would have liked more and at least a scoop of chocolate. Nevertheless everything else was very nice and at least it tasted good.

The waiter was very nice, made a clean impression, prices were OK. Nice cathedral view. But ice cream wasn't my taste

Unfriendly staff. Because we were 4 people and had 6 chairs, the chairs would be torn away and after we said that this would be more friendly the answer came "you can go somewhere else" I will never go into this shop again and only advise you to eat there if necessary.

Very good address to enjoy an ice cream at the foot of the cathedral. The terrace is very nice and we had a great time before going for the tour. The ice cream is very good.

Delicious ice cream on a busy street right at the cathedral! Ice cream cup on average for € 7.50 for top quality! We like to go here on smaller occasions to celebrate appropriately for the summer ...

The best ice cream I've ever eaten! It's been a while since I was there, but the ice cream with crepes remains in my memory. The next time I am in Cologne and the surrounding area, I will definitely come back. We recommend!

Right opposite the cathedral. Overpriced as any other bar close to landmarks around the world. I loved the hot coffee based hot chocolate.

Good quality ice cream as well as fresh coffee! A bit pricy than regular shops! Interior and service is welcoming!

They say you shouldn't go to a cafe right at a tourist destination... they were wrong! Coffee was amazing, hot chocolate delicious and the croissants fresh. The waitress was lovely too. A perfect quick stop to refuel and continue siteseeing.

Rude staff.

Ice cream was pretty good. The guy we ordered with was nice but as we were leaving, another waiter stopped us and told us we had to eat inside. A little odd, since there were other people seated outside...but Ok. But then I noticed everytime an Asian person tried to sit or ordee outside, he'd pull them inside and make them stay until they were finished. A little offended to be honest.

Super expensive, very ittle amount served, not satisfied. I paid 4 euros for a toast and received a very small old bread, tough to eat. Wouldn't recommend

This place does not have enough waitstaff. The waitress was very rude and had a bad attitude. She made it very clear that she doesn't like her job. Many tables were waiting for a long time and a few left after giving up. The flavors we wanted to order were all sold out. My mother decided she wanted 3 scoops instead of two and then the the waitress made a big deal of having to start the order all over and rolled her eyes. I said we wanted our ice cream in a cone and then she said she would bring them on the side. I asked "what?" And she walked away. Then we got our ice cream in dishes with one cone IN the dish. So I said that I had wanted it in a cone and she ignored me and went to another table where she continued ignoring me. Finally I had to go inside to the counter. A woman who I assume was the manager was screaming at a coworker infront of everyone. I couldn't get the waitress to come to us so we could pay. I tried to pay at the counter but the woman working there was also nasty and refused to let me pay there. Ok ice cream, horrible service and personnel.

Tasty, fast, friendly, but a bit expensive (yes, close to the cathedral - I know). Especially the sorting in 2 price categories did not open to me completely. Anyway, if you're close by and ice cravings has a good address!

Not very impressed by this one. Too expensive for an ice-cream in the size of a children's version. Ice-cream from the supermarket tastes better imo.

I thought it was absolutely weird that they don’t let you try the flavour before you buy, or maybe it’s because where I’m from it’s the norm, but it totally seems to make sense in hindsight because their stuff reallllly does not taste good. And let’s not get to their grumpy attitudes.

They kicked us out as we were eating one of their ice creams because it was an ice cream cone that we ordered from the counter and not from the dessert menu.. Super bad service! Very unfriendly!

Unbelievably rude staff. We went there 2 days ago and ordered a tea and coffee. The minute the waitress heard us speak in english, her attitude to us changed, ignoring us and attending other customers first. We were served our drinks but had no spoons to stir the sugar. On approaching the counter i was again ignored by 2 other members of staff behind the counter. I just helped myself in the end. Obviously you need a sour face to work here. My wife wanted breakfast here this morning so we did revisit. A new male waiter served us, and only brought one knife to our table between two of us, having already been in this situation with the spoons 2 days ago, i just helped myself from the counter to another knife. The chef actually brought our breakfast not the waiter. When we were finished and i asked for the bill, we had to wait while other tables were served first. Then the confrontation started between the waiter and myself. I was paying by card. My card has contactless payments. I never saw the amount on the screen, and the waiter never asked me if he could use that method, he snatched my card from me and took contactless payment. An arguement followed as if he had the right to take payment with that method. Such a rude and nasty place to eat.

Staff was incredibly rude to us, implied that we were not planning on paying and helped costumers who were behind us in line first. On top of that there was an insect in the ice cream I bought. No apologies were made and they gave me a new scoop from the same batch of ice cream which had the insect in it! Never going there again. Would definitely not recommend

What a selection of ice cream dreams!

Quite a big place with lots of tables inside. Their summer special pina colada got us drunk quickly. And staff doesn't bother you (which also means it might take a while to place a second order).

Really nice place right near to the klone cathedral. They serve ice creams, shakes, coffee and pastries. They have indoor and outdoor space. Service was good.my dessert was yummy. There was a variety of desserts to choose from. All the things on their were reasonably priced.
